3. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- Monthly services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are separate from service fees.
- No refunds are provided for completed work or campaigns in progress.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, brand assets, and required access details on time. Delays may impact timelines.
5. Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation. Delays in approvals or additional requests may extend delivery.
6. Ownership
All designs, content, and creatives remain the property of V3WIN until full payment is received. After payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
7. Advertising & Performance
- Ad budgets are paid directly by the client to the ad platforms.
- V3WIN cannot guarantee specific sales, lead numbers, or revenue outcomes.
- Performance depends on market conditions and external factors.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all login credentials, campaign data, and business details confidential.
9. Revisions
Each service includes limited revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes will be charged separately.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.).
- Website downtime due to hosting or domain issues.
- Business losses caused by factors beyond our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. All dues must be cleared before final deliverables are shared.
12. Updates to Terms
V3WIN may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
